Please note the chests and Paris story mission are not on my map in the video (because I got them all ready) but I explain and show where they are.
The other is in the northwest of the map in a unmarked sewer entrance. The one chest requires you to do a line of Paris story missions to get the gears to get in the room under the church. There are two chests I am getting the most questions about so I will post there locations in a brief video below. Blue and Yellow chests do not count towards this so you do not need to worry about them. So this is why I recommend (if you have the helix points) buying the Cockades and Chests Map from the Estore (under time saver packs.) This reveals all their locations on the map. Syncing the viewpoints helps but does not reveal all of them. Chests do not appear on your map unless you are within the vicinity of them. I'd also recommend buying the master phantom belt or similar and equipping it, that one gives you 22 lockpicks. Using that everytime you run out of lockpicks saves the pain of going to the store to buy more (Thanks for the tip Rossticus). It also helps if you have the Assassin Cache. So maybe save this until you are done with all the story missions. Also some chests are inaccessible until you get later into the game.

You cant upgrade this skill until after sequence 9. First I highly recommend upgrading your lock picking skills to level 3.
